It really amazes me that these are not "real" knives. I assure you, judging by those photos, there isn't a single person (who didn't know better) that would be able to tell you that the knife pictured is a prop.

I mean look at the detail!

Thanks so much for all the kind words, each and every one of you.

I have wanted a really well preserved Lamson for ages but simply cannot afford 1000-1200 for one!! This knife is so close to the real thing that I am no longer worried about getting a real one and the Elrod is just as magnificient.

Thanks everyone for helping me celebrate my scores and thanks to you James for REALLY adding so much to this hobby. You really make a bunch of us like myself as happy as kids at Halloween when a box from the "GREEN ROOM" comes to our homes!

Stunning scores B. Can't go wrong with some JC knives. The Elrod is nothing short of exceptional and that Lamson...I couldn't tell the difference

Those are gorgeous! I just receieved my lamson from JC in the mail today and am blown away! I will try and post some pics later on.

Wow! Those are some quality knives. I have one of James' older Lamson replicas, which is great! But these new ones are off the charts. Congrats, Benny!
