Perhaps, but it's important to get a tape measure and measure around your chest. If your Chest is 40 get 42, 38 get 40 so on) if you're going for the looser H1 look. If your looking for the tighter H2 look, get the exact size = Snug fit.
Also You might be able to get away with a pair of S (short/ small) (they were high waters on me though and I'm 5'10). Then again Might be safer to get a pair of R's (Regulars/ Medium).
