I get being angry at this guy, but at the same time, I think it's important to remember what separates people like him from people like us is that we DON'T make a spectacle of death if we can help it. To be honest, a public execution would be worse than what he did, because instead of making sure justice is served, we'd simply be feeding a bloodlust that we don't need to feed. I'd much rather see him locked in a cell where nobody can see him and let him waste away. Out of sight, out of mind as they say.

Sorry, however do you know how much money us tax paying people are going to shell out for this LOSER WIMP to eat, drink, sleep with a roof over his head, prison clothes etc.......... This wimps trial could last for years!!

Just BLOW him up!

Poof......... No tax
dollars paid!

I don't care about tax dollars. I just find the idea of a public execution vile and pointless. And I'm not against him being executed altogether, just that it doesn't need to be seen by anyone but the families of those involved and the people doing the execution.

You should care about the tax dollars. Everything else you wrote was spot on.

I care about them in the sense that I know it's a waste to keep someone like him alive for an indefinite amount of time, but I don't think tax dollars are a good reason to hold a swift, public execution. I think we're better than that in general.

This is not about the economy. This is about being civil. If we execute this man in public in the grandest, bloodiest way possible, we're really no better than he is. I mean, if we wanted to, we could have every family member affected by the shooting take one shot at him, but we don't do that. Why? Because we're better than that, and we should be better than that.

Lets just agree to disagree............ You couple guys think he should be alive and "suffer" in prison, I do NOT want ALL the tax dollars for years wasted on this SCUM! Why? He has NO remorse, he is just an EVIL WIMP who can only be tuff with a gun! The USA should (in my opinion) make an example of this coward skinny wimp so it will prevent less murder in the future!

I still say I would like to meet him on the street in Aurora in front of that movie theatre, nuff said.........

I think i'm the only guy on here who thinks it was not only him but another person involved.
It doesn't matter what age you are, if you have the talent and the motivation you can do anything.

That won't work. People who are insane don't care if they die in public, they just want to carry out whatever nutso acts that they want to do. That's why they either commit suicide or let the police catch them. They just don't care, and as long as there are crazy people in the world, there will be murder.
