I emailed the address she left and I have not got any response. This was weeks ago. Hope everything is fine. And hope Jon gets better soon. He is a super nice dude.

Hello, i was informed via email that there were posts pertaining to Jon's customers and wanted to address these. first let me address yours, Jacob. there seems to be some simple communication errors on my part, my apologies! when i had replied to your post earlier in this thread to email me if the mentioned solution about your masks was ok with you, i assumed by your email you were just answering back that those conditions were ok with you, and things were arranged for now. i had no intentions on leaving you waiting for a further reply. i did pass on that info to Jon and he says thank you for your patience and understanding. please feel free to email me in the future if you have any questions. you will be emailed once Jon can safely start to work on your masks. thanks for your understanding in this difficult situation! -Andrea

Before i post general information about Jon's current standing to the community (i figured since i am on here replying to posts i would) i want to address your posts, Cody. i apologize upfront if this text communication sounds strong, but these are very baffling and confusing things to read? during the couple email exchanges there had been a mutual agreed upon arrangement with your mask, and an understanding that once Jon starts on your masks we would then email you that update. we have not emailed you an update yet because Jon has not started back on your mask, he's not even home yet. we had asked that certain conditions needed to be understood being that not only was it uncertain when Jon would be able to return home, but also that no certain time-frame could be given then as to when he would be able to start back on your mask since Jon's recovery could only dictate that once he could come home, and that patience was very necessary as this is a very serious situation for him. so it's a bit unfair to Jon and his reputation to say that communication has been broken with you when communication was properly made for the time being as per the agreement i thought we had made with you. i have also mentioned in emails and in the posts that i am not a member here and would be best to email me if anyone had any questions, especially Jon's customers. you had posted here instead of sending an email to me and i don't understand why? there is so much going on in our personal life right now i simply don't have the time check this website, that is why i have provided my email to you and everyone since that can even be checked from my phone. please send an email next time if you have any questions or concerns, thank you! -Andrea

Hello, i wanted to give an update on how Jon is doing. first i want to thank everyone for all the well wishes!! i will be sure to pass them onto Jon tomorrow when i see him. sadly Jon's stay had to be a bit longer than expected so he could be monitored while they started him on a medication to block his nerves that are damaged, as that medication has pretty serious and even deadly side effects. i will say considering the serious nature of all this he is doing quite well! Jon will be able to come home this coming thursday. he will be restricted to bed rest for awhile once he comes home, and as soon as he gets acclimated he will start on the masks when he can within safe reason. while most would have concerns only for their health and the serious nature of all this, Jon is very concerned and eager to get these masks done for his customers, it's all he talks about! just to let you all know how much he cares. Jon wanted me to say thanks for all the understanding and kind words that everyone has expressed for him and that he hope to be able to come back asap. thank you to all of Jon's customers and the members here for all of the patience, understanding and kind words!! it really helps and means a lot to us. i will keep Jon's customers informed as mentioned prior via email once he can begin to work on that persons mask. until then please understand if there is some length of time in communication. please if anyone has a direct question for Jon or myself in the meantime, email me so that i am sure to receive it that way and i will answer asap!! -Andrea
