My Diet

Hey guys, I've started a diet. I've never thought I was fat but I didn't like being 211lbs and I didn't want to get bigger so I thought "What was a weight I liked being?". I decided that the weight I like was around 180lbs so I said "That's that, I'll start a diet today." That was on October 12th. Today, exactly one month later, I'm 199lbs!!! :rock: HELL YEAH!! Only 19 more pounds to go!!!! I feel so good!! It's really awesome!! :drinkers:

Nice job man. It's all about being consistent and true to your routine.
About 2 years ago this december, I was 205 at 5'7", fluffy I know.
From that point I've started bodybuilding, lost 70 lbs. and jumped back to 158 at about 11% bodyfat.

Diets are hard, but you just need to believe in yourself. And your progress thus far has proved that you're on the right track. Keep it up!

Excellent. Keep counting those calories! When it comes to weight loss, calories are the most important thing.

cool bro. I remember back in 10th grade i was wearing a size 46 waist size. My junior year i worked out every week day afternoon and only drank water for the entire year and i got down to a 36inch waist. Its all in how strong your will is. Only problem is i was single then, now that im steady i don't have that "show off" stage anymore... and am lazy about it :roll:

Thanks guys!! Really, I'm just doing portion control. Like instead of eating four bowls of cereal in the breakfast, I'll eat one or getting veggies instead of fries. It's basically just thinking a little about what I put in my mouth before I do. 8)

good work man keep going. last year i was big, i was close to 240. about a year ago i went on my own no carb high protein diet. im now at 195 so i lost about 40-45 pounds so far 8)
