I've been trying to remove the excess hair and then tweak it a little to look somewhat more movie accurate.
Once that's done I just want to go over the rot which has even been neglected in certain parts.

You can use a pencil to shade the inside of the cracks. the mask texture doesn't look bad at all! but you're right, could deff use some quick touchups here and there.good luck bro!
