Most of us will go through this process many times until we get the collection that really satisfies our own personal tastes.
With this idea in mind if you could only have FIVE total Myers mask replicas (whether you own them now, owned them in the past or dream of owning them one day), which five would they be?
For me I've went through many masks with mixed levels of happiness with each of them but the five masks I would without question want in my collection would be:
1. A solid DBII - In particular a DBII Kirk converted to a Myers. There's something about this mask only equalled by my next choice.
2. A KHDW - Nothing screams "hero" like the KHDW and although it receives insane amounts of praise the mask is actually quite worthy of it! The Rare or the #2 may be the best Myers replica ever made...Matt, when are you sending it to me!
3. A NMM78 4-Stamper - This mask just has that "something special" that few other masks possess. I've always loved the Psycho as well but not at the same level for the hero look. I think it is the "subtleness" of this mask that works for me. A SHAT converted as well as those of Donnie's would actually be real close here, those things are SWEET.
4. A KH SLE - This mask screams Hallloween II at INSANE levels. The sculpt is magnificient, the hair is excellent and the paintup is insane. Many people have said the mask is "too small". Indeed it may be too small for many members to wear but when I let Dick wear this mask IN PERSON I can tell you for a fact it fit and looked the same way I see "THE SHAPE" in Halloween II.
5. Brad Hardin H6/Nightowl H6 (tie) - I couldn't pick one over the other because they both pull off the two respective looks we see in the movie perfectly. There is something about the H6 mask that always looked cool imo and these two masks just nail the hero look to perfection.
Honorable Mentions:
*A 75K H2 converted by James Carter
*Certain copies of the Psycho (like Paul's H2 and Erik's old copy)
*Donnie's Shats!
And although not really Myers' masks per se:
*A NAG 2K Kirk
*A H78 done up Tramer via James Carter
