Does anyone want to accept this challenge?

Looking for someone to re-paint my NAG Revolver. It's a little too dark for my taste (it looked better in the photos I received from Nik before he shipped it). Anyway, if anyone could help me on this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Here's a pic to show you what you are dealing with.

That's a nice looking piece you have there,I've had the same issues as you,I've got 5 Myers masks now and each of them wasn't quite right in the paintjob(IMO) when I got it.So I redid them myself...never painted a mask till then,but using the tutorials that can be found I got on ok,and have been real happy with the results as it was just colour enhancements it wasn't too tricky and I got them just the way I wanted them.Now I've just finished a complete blank paint up,it's great fun to do.So,maybe you should give it a try.....

Thought that too, just don't have an air compressor or any of the required tools for the air brushing of the base coat

Fair enough..but as it happens,I didn't use an airbrush at all on my Camp Stalker recently,the base latex layer was sponged on and the rest was stippled/brushed acrylics...this technique works quite well on Myers masks also,because you can add nice texture too...

What formula do you use to mix the latex and paint so it doesn't crack or peel when the mask is stretched? Thanks for the valuable info bro

Hey,I've (hopefully) posted a link to the youtube tut that I used to get ideas on my painting,just where he uses an airbrush on the black,I sponged..the effect is the same,he's doing a Jason pt7 blank,but you can use the principles pretty well on a Revolver.Hopefully it's as much help to you as it was to me.....
