I just got off the phone from a local friend of mine that attended the Chicago Fear Fest this past Friday and Saturday in Chicago. He said he had a great time but the BIG buzz...that EVERYONE was talking about...ALL Friday and Saturday was that Jamie Lee Curtis is coming to Flashback Weekend in August. This is unconfirmed as I was not there. I asked if anyone talked to someone with the Flashback Weekend and from what I heard, some were in attendance.

Can anyone confirm this?

With John Carpenter already attending is this gonna really happen? Damn, imagine the line for both!

Yes. This rumor was also heard at Horrorhound Weekend in Columbus, Ohio. Supposedly, Jamie Lee Curtis is to hit the horror convention circuit to raise funds for a charity.

I have heard she wants to do one con appearance. I know at the last monstermania the guy that runs that said he was going to have a meeting with her agent. If she did more than one that would be amazing but I heard only one. I think its now just a matter of the cons fighting it out as to who gets her. This is all just what I heard, no facts just the rumors that I've heard.

If dave could get her id try to bring her to hunt valley since thats kinda dead there. Bringing her there would surely bring in record attendance

Oh I know thats what I meant. They get the huge crowd in jersey always , but hunt valley is usually dead. I just meant from a business standpoint he could bring a huge crowd to hunt valley that normally isnt there. But yea if it would happen it would probably be cherry hill.

I heard the brewing of this possibility months ago and I believe it will happen.It's just a matter of where.I would honestly go absolutely BeRzErK if I could meet Jamie Lee!!On top of being Laurie Strode and her association with Halloween films,I have ALWAYS loved her.She was insanely hot in A Fish Called Wanda,Trading Places and way too many others to mention.Top it all off with the fact that she admittedly has the mouth of a truck driver(That she has to always try to police) and seems to be so down to Earth and my heart gets thumpin'!!!Boy,oh boy..I will be spending hundreds on autographs for her!!
