My Trip to Marty's (MandJ9E)

Postby DrenTheLiar » Sun Apr 22, 2012 12:05 pm

Took a nice drive to Marty's place last night, a little less than an hour from me, and hung out with him, his wife Amber, and their two friends. Of course, we took a bunch of shots while I was there of Marty's masks and some costume shots. I'm sure most of you know, Marty converts his own masks and his work on his 75K is incredible. Especially his eye cuts!

The M.C.S. unnamed Castle mask (unfortunately only got one good shot of it)

The 75K (the photos are pretty edited but the hair truly does show up as a light brown if captured right, and it's actually a spray painted blond)

I don't normally compare indie masks directly to hero shots, but I realized after posting these how much of a dead ringer Marty's 75K is to this shot:

Some excellent photos there. I agree, his 75k is an outstanding copy. Mo's work is top notch.

Thanks guys!

Here's a little something else. Marty, his wife, and friends custom make these cool little things called Munnies. They're very detailed and not a bad deal.
