98 Shatner proto pictures?

Were there ever any detailed pictures posted of that 98 Shatner prototype the guy found at the comic book store?

I am comparing it to my 1983/84 Don Post 'The Mask' as I think they are from the same mold due to unique markings matching up. It was also said to be smaller than an original run 75 Kirk mask which the 83/84 'The Mask' also is. I would like to have some better pictures of the 98 Shatner prototype if possible. Are there any out there?

Here is a picture JonDano posted comparing the prototype to the 75K showing how the markings matched up. I added the picture of the 'The Mask'. All the same markings, only crisper on the 83/83 'The Mask'.

Interesting stuff, Josh! Were those two small parallel lines on the '75 Kirks?

As for detailed pictures of the 98 proto, I would love to see some also, but I am doubtful we will get any. I think you know who to contact.

I love the prominence on the nose of your '84 Josh. So many replicas lack that important feature and have a flatter face.

So that was from a 75K? JA,s have that vent grill shaped mark on the neck 2. Slightly different but same spot?

Yeah the 98 proto was a laser scan of the original kirk i know there are lots of pics of this mask in the WMP gallery but thats the only place I know them to be

Your welcome man,anytime on a side note...i love the look of this' i get a real Hero eerie vibe from it, i think if not for the cuts in the eye corners it would have made for a great looking Myers mask in the hands of the right Conversion artist
