help with scene from part 1

its been forever since i seen the rated version, I am in the middle of the uncut and when Michael walks up to Lauries mom in the house. she throws somthing and you see his knife come into view, she screams. WTF in my copy it then shows the view from another room,with her crawling past the coffe table. Am i missing somthing thats in the rated version/ I mean he is standing over her with the knife then boom all of suddin she is crawling away. This is a new blu, so and i dont let my dvds get damaged. so is there a glitch or what.

Rob does that alot...remember annie in H2? similar...or even annie in H1....he wants you to imagine your own scenario for the time that was lapsed in between...doesnt always work..
