Due for release in early 2012 is The Devil Inside. The film is shot documentary-style but also includes elements of found footage. The story deals with exorcisms and murder. The protagonist investigates what really happened to her mother who had undergone an exorcism
Exocrism movies have already ventured into the fake documentary/found footage genre with 2010’s The Last Exorcism. Hopefully, The Devil Inside is as good as that film and better than 2011’s The Rite.
